Responsibilities

• Supporting marketing and customer engagement campaigns
• Representing client brands during promotional events and outreach activities
• Speaking directly with customers and answering general questions
• Assisting with campaign coordination and day-to-day operations
• Learning communication, sales, and marketing strategies through ongoing coaching
• Working alongside team leaders to support campaign objectives and performance goals
• Participating in team meetings, workshops, and development sessions
