Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing content creation, including digital ads, social media, and email marketing.
• Manage and update content on the company website and social media platforms.
• Conduct market research to gather insights and support content strategies.
• Take photographs and videos produce visual content for marketing purposes, including laboratory works and finished products.
• Communicate directly with clients to share professional photos about their orders.
• Manage social media platforms and engage with online communities.
• Assist with the monitoring of content performances and optimization of content strategies.
• Support project management activities to ensure timely completion of marketing initiatives.
• Provide general office support and perform any other marketing-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Certificate of higher education and above in Marketing, and Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2 years of working experience in marketing, social media management, or a related role.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, videography, content creation, and digital marketing strategies.
• Proven proficiency in using cameras for photography and content creation.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and analytics tools.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and contribute to a collaborative team.
