Job Summary

Own hands on event and on site marketing support, with a focus on attendee experience, content capture, and materials execution.

  • Plan, coordinate and execute campaigns, promotions, and community programs while tracking participation and feedback.
  • Own social content and on site visuals for events and shopping center activities.
  • Support shopper engagement and quick reporting on maintenance and safety to keep events polished.

Job Description

  • Assist with planning, coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and community programs
  • Create content for social media platforms, primarily Facebook and Instagram
  • Capture photos and videos at events and shopping center activities for marketing use
  • Assist with developing and maintaining marketing materials, signage, event displays, and promotional installations.
  • Support event operations, including setup, guest registration, attendee engagement, and event breakdown
  • Welcome and assist shoppers, visitors, and attendees while providing information about the event, tenant locations, and amenities
  • Track event participation and gather feedback, photos, and engagement metrics to support marketing efforts
  • Report maintenance, safety, or presentation concerns to management
  • Prior experience in marketing, customer service, hospitality, retail events, or related field is preferred
  • Experience with social media platforms with ability to create engaging content, including Facebook, Instagram, Reels
  • Photography, graphic design, or Canva experience is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and customer service skills
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality are required
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during events
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 pounds
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to assist with event setup and movement of marketing materials as needed
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including sun, heat, wind, and light rain
