Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and post engaging content (Reels, TikToks, stories) showcasing studio sessions, artist releases, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Content Creation: Capture high-quality photos/videos during studio sessions and assist in editing promotional materials using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Studio & Label Support: Act as the primary contact for initial client inquiries, helping to schedule studio sessions, and providing administrative support to producers and artists.
• Marketing Campaigns: Assist in implementing marketing strategies for new music releases, including pitching to playlists and managing promotional assets.
• Digital Presence: Maintain the company website, update artist bios, and manage studio client databases.
• Research & Reporting: Track and report on engagement analytics (social media analytics, streaming data) and research industry trends.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in marketing, creative support, or a related field, preferably in the music industry.
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, or Premiere Pro).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for copywriting and client interaction.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of recording studio equipment and DAWs (Pro Tools, Logic Pro) is a plus, but not required.

Preferred

• Experience with playlist pitching or music marketing strategies preferred
• Familiarity with analytics tools for social media and streaming
