Job Summary

Own day-to-day marketing admin and campaign support for a healthcare brand, with a focus on coordinating content, launches, and reporting so the team can move faster.

  • Administrative & Campaign Support: keep the marketing operations running and help develop and execute campaigns.
  • Content & Design Coordination: brief designers and assist with content creation including scripts.
  • Reporting & Logistics: maintain trackers, prepare agendas, organize materials, and provide ad hoc support to the team.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the marketing team
  • Assist in the development and execution of advertising campaigns
  • Support content creation including script writing
  • Brief graphic designers
  • Maintain marketing trackers and reports
  • Arrange meetings and prepare agendas
  • Support product launches and campaigns
  • Organise marketing materials
  • Use Microsoft Office and internal systems
  • Provide ad hoc support

Requirements

  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject
  • You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
  • If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
