Job Summary

Own the pre-admission referral and census growth by building hospital and community relationships that feed leads, while aligning marketing and public relations to nursing facility operations.

Build and maintain relationships with potential customers, families, hospital case managers, physicians, and other key stakeholders to sustain referrals.
Bachelor’s in marketing or PR and 3+ years healthcare marketing experience with strong communication skills.
Lead the marketing and public relations program to support census development and achieve strategic market goals.

Job Description

execution of the pre-admission referral process and Census Development by establishing and maintaining community relationships with potential customers, families, hospital case managers, physicians and other key stake holders, ensuring consistent achievement of strategic goals and market share growth.

A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in marketing and/or public relations.
Three (3) years marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Must possess a thorough knowledge of principles of effective communication, mass media, advertising, policies, education, community relations, demonstration, organization structure, social and activity services, and government relations, etc., as they relate to nursing Facility operations.
Must possess the ability to communicate effectively, orally, and in writing.
Must possess the ability to assimilate information from a variety of sources, analyze information, and make recommendations to the Administrator.
Must possess the ability to establish, implement, and maintain effective marketing and public relations program.
