Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all store operations to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
• Train, develop, and supervise staff to ensure high levels of performance in customer service and sales.
• Oversee inventory management including ordering, stocking, and conducting regular audits.
• Implement effective merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
• Conduct employee orientation and onboarding for new hires while fostering a positive team environment.
• Utilize strong communication skills to engage with customers and resolve any issues effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions through POS systems and ensure cash handling procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote store events and initiatives that drive traffic.
• Monitor retail math metrics such as pricing strategies, inventory control, and sales performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles with a focus on team leadership.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence others positively.
• Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and training employees effectively.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and retail math principles.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
