Job Description

Position Overview Of Manager, Production Services
ebbo is looking for a Manager, Production Services to oversee the development and maintenance of IT Operational applications to help monitor production websites. Using tools, languages, and programs like .NET, C#, PowerShell, New Relic, Splunk, Jira, and others, the Manager, Production Services builds software, monitors performance, and anticipates issues before they arise.
Duties And Responsibilities Of Manager, Production Services
  • Lead and mentor a team of Software Engineers to support a suite of loyalty program apps.
  • Oversee development and maintenance of IT Operational applications to help monitor website performance.
  • Contribute to strategic direction of support processes and technologies.
  • Drive development, research, and implementation of tools to monitor applications, websites, and systems for optimal performance.
  • Build software to help automations and support teams.
  • Spearhead automation of alerting on issues with backend jobs and processes, advise and build for manual processes.
  • Identify and address root cause of website performance or job issues.
  • Detect and troubleshoot issues/suggest possible remedies for automatic resolutions.
  • Anticipate and manage issues before they disrupt processes.
Skills And Experience Of Manager, Production Services
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a closely related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in the same or closely related software engineering role supporting IT Operations
  • Experience must include . NET, C#, PowerShell, New Relic, Splunk, SQL Server, and Jira.

The base salary for this position is $194,480-$194,480. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure, and standing with the company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
