  • Campaigns, channels, and donor experiences: Own planning and execution across digital, print, and social to support annual appeals and events.
  • Events & donor lifecycle: Lead Run Your Mutt Off 5K plus signature events and donor stewardship programs.
  • Content, brand, and analytics: Create content, maintain brand consistency, and track impact in the CRM and website analytics.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital, print, and social channels for annual fundraising campaigns
  • Content Creation: Develop written content for marketing materials including newsletters, social media posts, and promotional materials
  • Social Media Management: Oversee and grow all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms), including content strategy, photo and video capture, content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking
  • Branding & Messaging: Help maintain consistent branding and messaging across all NAHS marketing and communication materials
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and send surveys to identify trends and audience preferences to inform marketing strategies
  • Website & SEO: Update website content as needed and assist with basic SEO tasks to increase site traffic
  • Fundraising Support: Assists in the planning and execution of fundraising campaigns, events, and donor relations initiatives
  • Donor Communications: Supports communication with donors, sponsors, and prospects through regular updates, thank-you notes and event invitations
  • Event Management: Lead the planning and execution of community-based fundraising events in partnership with local organizations and businesses
  • Volunteer Management: Secures and oversees all volunteers needed for fundraising and community event support
