Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Execute comprehensive multi-channel marketing plans for productions, special events, and institutional campaigns.
  • Manage the marketing calendar, timelines, and budgets to ensure strategic alignment and timely execution.
  • Coordinate all print, digital, radio, social media, and out-of-home advertising, in collaboration with external agencies and vendors.
  • Lead the creation and scheduling of content across social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Work interdepartmentally to support company-wide business goals.
  • Maintain consistent visual and verbal branding across all platforms and collateral.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and videographers to produce compelling promotional materials.
  • Manage the execution of external communications included in collaboration agencies and consultants
  • Identify and activate grassroots and community partnerships, including outreach to HBCUs, Black Greek organizations, beauty and lifestyle brands, and local cultural institutions.
  • Utilize CRM tools (e.g., PatronManager, Mailchimp) to segment audiences and optimize campaigns.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the arts, nonprofit, or cultural sector.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and design.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM software.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.

Preferred

  • Passion for theater and cultural equity; knowledge of African American and diasporic arts a strong plus.
