Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Set standards and maintain enterprise marketing and digital foundation data definitions and performance reporting that helps teams understand trends, identify opportunities, and take action in support of the guest experience.
  • Manage a team of 2-5 analysts or sr. analysts
  • Define day-to-day work prioritization, process, technical requirements for development and enhancements
  • Build and maintain foundational datasets used by analysts for both ad-hoc analysis and BI reporting
  • Build and maintain automated enterprise reporting on marketing performance across all marketing channels, such as paid search and affiliates, and sales channels, such as stores and ecommerce.
  • Set reporting framework and visualization standards for emotive data visualizations to track sales and performance
  • Follow consistent standards for tracking marketing spend, execution and performance across attribution methods, marketing channel teams and finance groups
  • Collaborate with technology to set operational best practices
  • Lead root cause analysis related to insights identified by BI tools
