Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution: Own the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated U.S. marketing campaigns across digital, social, experiential, and retail channels
  • Own the go-to-market plan for every product launch, in lockstep with the Brand and Planning teams' roadmap and launch calendar
  • Lead the development and execution of consumer-facing experiential activations
  • Manage external agency partners and day-to-day campaign budget tracking
  • Content & Channel Strategy: Lead social strategy across Instagram, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, with a point of view on where the preschool parent audience actually lives
  • Build and steward the creator roster across top Mom and Toy creators; own briefing, negotiation support, and performance review
  • Direct the Creative team /external partners to produce on-brand assets tailored by platform; act as a standard-bearer for creative quality
  • Own the content and social calendar, ensuring continuous engagement between launch moments
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead bi-weekly calls with international sales teams, serving as the central point of contact for campaign plans, asset needs, and in-market activation support
  • Partner with Sales and Merchandising to execute U.S. retail activation, ensuring brand consistency in-store and online

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in consumer marketing, preferably within the toy, entertainment, or CPG industry.
  • Experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns with proven success.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, influencer marketing, and content creation.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking and reporting on campaign performance.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with global toy or entertainment markets.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools like Google Analytics or Sprout Social.
  • Knowledge of children’s digital media regulations, including COPPA compliance.
