Management Trainee - Junior Campaign Project Manager

Aegon Consulting is expanding our Houston team and looking for a Junior Campaign & Project Coordinator / Management Trainee who wants hands-on experience in business, client relations, project coordination, sales, and leadership.

This is an entry-level opportunity with training provided. You’ll work closely with our team, learn how projects and campaigns come together, and take on more responsibility as you develop.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Help coordinate day-to-day sales campaigns, projects, and team priorities
• Work with different teams to keep campaigns, sales, and projects moving forward
• Assist with client communication and relationship management
• Participate in team meetings, planning sessions, and presentations
• Track project activity and provide updates to leadership
• Help with customer and sales initiatives tied to client campaigns
• Learn how to train, coach, and support new team members
• Develop skills in communication, leadership, organization, and business operations
