Job Title: Senior Logistics Manager

Location: United States (Remote / Hybrid / On-site)

We’re looking for a results-driven Logistics Manager to lead and optimize our logistics operations across the United States. If you’re passionate about operational efficiency, cost optimization, and building scalable logistics networks, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end logistics operations (transportation, warehousing, distribution)
• Develop and execute strategies to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs
• Oversee inventory management and ensure optimal stock levels
• Manage relationships with carriers, 3PL partners, and vendors
• Analyze logistics performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with U.S. logistics and transportation regulations
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing logistics team

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Ability to manage complex, fast-paced operations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Nice to Have:

• Experience in multi-site or national logistics operations
• Knowledge of e-commerce or distribution networks
• Familiarity with automation and digital logistics tools
