Responsibilities

• Monitor social media analytics and marketing online analytics to evaluate stream performance, audience demographics, and engagement metrics for continuous improvement
• Engage actively with viewers through chat interactions, responding to comments and questions in real-time to build a loyal community
• Collaborate with marketing teams on content creation strategies, branding initiatives, and social media content marketing efforts to maximize reach

Requirements

• Proven experience in live streaming or digital content creation on social media platforms with a strong portfolio demonstrating engaging video presentations
• Familiarity with social listening tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for managing multiple channels efficiently
• Proficiency in media editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), video editing software, and media performance analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Web analytics tools
• Knowledge of social media management strategies including Facebook Advertising, social media content creation, and social media marketing best practices
• Strong understanding of digital marketing performance monitoring techniques and relationship management within online communities
