Job Responsibilities:
1. Conduct Spanish-language live streaming sessions on TikTok US, showcasing and promoting the company’s luxury resale products, driving sales and engagement.
2. Engage with viewers in real-time, answer product inquiries, and foster a lively atmosphere to boost conversions and achieve GMV targets.
3. Collaborate with the team on product selection, scriptwriting, and highlighting key selling points to create viral-worthy pitches.
4. Participate in live stream strategy, including script development, and post-stream data analysis (e.g., viewer metrics, conversion rates) to refine content and tactics.
5. Grow fan base and enhance brand awareness through creative interactions, trends, and follow-up content.

Requirements:
1.Language:
Native-level Spanish with clear pronunciation and persuasive presentation skills.
English working proficiency (for internal coordination);
2. Experience:
Prior hosting, live streaming, or sales experience (e.g., TikTok, YouTube, e-commerce) is preferred.
Deep understanding of Spanish-speaking markets (e.g., Latin America/Spain) and cultural nuances in content/sales.
3. Skills & Traits:
Charismatic on-camera presence, strong improvisation skills, and ability to handle live interactions smoothly.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $60.00 per hour
