Responsibilities

• Host live streaming sessions to showcase products, demonstrate features, and engage viewers in real-time.
• Promote products through compelling storytelling, product demos, and interactive content to boost sales.
• Build strong customer relationships by answering questions promptly and providing excellent in-person and virtual customer service.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to develop event marketing campaigns and promotional activities that increase brand visibility.
• Handle sales objections professionally during live streams to convert viewers into loyal customers while promoting brand values

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak confidently in public and engage diverse audiences.
• Strong social media management skills including content creation, branding, and data collection.
• Technical proficiency with streaming platforms, broadcasting equipment, and social media tools.
• Customer relationship building skills to foster loyalty and repeat engagement.
• Ability to handle sales objections confidently while maintaining a positive attitude during live interactions.
