Responsibilities

• - Host engaging TikTok LIVE and other social media live-streaming sessions featuring SEDDY hair-care products. - Demonstrate products on camera and clearly explain their features, ingredients, benefits, and proper use. - Educate viewers about hair-care routines, including scalp care, wash day, moisture, curls, styling, breakage prevention, and healthy-looking hair. - Encourage viewers to interact, ask questions, explore products, and make purchases during live broadcasts. - Respond to live comments and product questions in a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional manner. - Create an energetic live-shopping environment while maintaining an authentic, trustworthy presentation style. - Help showcase SEDDY products including hair growth and scalp oils, shampoo, conditioner, leave-in conditioner, hair mask, curl products, nourishing oils, bundles, and hair tools. - Create short-form videos, product demonstrations, tutorials, before-and-after style content, and promotional clips for social media. - Follow SEDDY's brand messaging, talking points, product information, and promotional campaigns. - Work with the SEDDY team to develop LIVE themes, scripts, demonstrations, promotions, and content ideas. - Stay informed about current beauty, hair-care, TikTok, and social-commerce trends. - Review live-stream performance, including viewers, engagement, clicks, conversions, and sales, to help improve future sessions. - Maintain a professional and visually appealing on-camera setup with appropriate lighting, sound, background, and product presentation. - Represent SEDDY professionally and consistently across all digital platforms.

Requirements

• On-Camera Skills - Confident, energetic, and comfortable speaking on camera. - Strong personality with the ability to keep viewers interested during longer live sessions. - Excellent verbal communication and storytelling skills. - Ability to explain products naturally instead of simply reading from a script. - Comfortable answering customer questions in real time. - Ability to create excitement around products, promotions, bundles, and special offers. - Friendly, approachable, and professional presentation style.

Preferred

• Previous LIVE streaming or on-camera experience
• TikTok LIVE or TikTok Shop experience
• Beauty, hair-care, cosmetics, or personal-care experience
• Retail or sales experience
• UGC/content creation experience
• Strong social media presence or portfolio
• Experience demonstrating products on camera
• Comfortable working independently and following a content schedule
• Reliable, punctual, and able to consistently attend scheduled LIVE sessions
• Willingness to learn detailed product information and approved brand claims
