Own live shopping on TikTok and Whatnot with a focus on real time audience engagement, product detail delivery, and timely promos, while coordinating content themes and brand training.

Live show ownership: host 1.5 hour sessions per platform, handle questions, objections, and drive urgency.
Platform and content alignment: plan themes, promos, and upcoming drops with the team.
Audience and brand stakes: train on lab-grown and simulant stones and represent the brand accurately.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Host engaging live shopping sessions on TikTok and Whatnot, showcasing jewelry with enthusiasm and professionalism
Interact with viewers in real time — answer questions, share product details, drive participation and urgency
Run 1.5-hour blocks on each platform per shift
Work with our team to plan content themes, promos, and upcoming drops
Represent the brand accurately — we’ll train you on correct terminology for our lab-grown and simulant stones

Requirements

Confident, natural on camera — comfortable talking for extended stretches without a script
Strong communication skills and ability to engage an audience energetically
Comfortable handling objections and quick questions live, no retakes
Reliable and punctual; once a stream starts, there’s no mid-show backup
