Job Summary

Own multi-channel demand and brand-building campaigns, lead the team, and shape Clearwater's digital presence and thought leadership with data-driven prioritization.

  • Campaign ownership: run cross-channel programs that boost brand, pipeline, and bookings.
  • Content and website authority: define value props and lead Clear Insights and website strategy.
  • Team and governance: build and manage a high-performing marketing team with clear roadmaps and KPI-driven reporting.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that grow brand awareness, establish Clearwater as a thought leader, and support pipeline and bookings goals
  • Get up to speed quickly on Clearwater's value proposition, key messaging, and target markets
  • Shape thought leadership themes and oversee content creation and distribution to key audiences
  • Own the strategy for Clearwater's public website and our digital publication, Clear Insights
  • Partner closely with Marketing and Sales leadership to prioritize the team's roadmap
  • Lead, develop, and grow a high-performing marketing team
  • Manage day-to-day team operations and project prioritization
  • Spot new opportunities, plan and schedule initiatives, and keep projects on track — with regular reporting to leadership
  • Own campaign budgets: estimate costs, track spend, and adjust as needed
  • Track performance against KPIs and use data to sharpen strategy over time

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 8+ years of marketing experience, ideally within financial services or fintech
  • A track record of successfully leading and developing a team
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, CRMs, and reporting tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A highly organized, detail-oriented approach to managing multiple priorities at once
