Responsibilities

• Market the apartment community.
• Greet residents and new prospective residents.
• Give property and furnished model apartment tours.
• Complete guest cards
• Follow-up on prospective residents with phone calls and emails.
• Respond to emails and inquires about the apartment complex.
• Effectively communicate to current residents.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Promote resident retention.
• Maintain a successful lease renewal program.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, sales, or marketing and enjoy multi-tasking in a fast-paced office setting.

• Computer skills including proficiency in Word and Excel
