Job Summary

Own the resident experience from first tour to lease completion, with a focus on transparent processes, service excellence, and community engagement across leasing, maintenance coordination, events, and brand-aligned marketing support.

  • Leasing operations: tours, qualification, paperwork, and Fair Housing compliance as part of a streamlined process.
  • Resident service: respond to concerns, handle maintenance inquiries, and vendor/team collaboration.
  • Community & marketing support: plan events and keep property listings and materials aligned with the brand.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Engage with Prospective and Current Residents: Conduct leasing tours, qualify potential residents, and manage lease paperwork efficiently.
  • Ensure a seamless leasing process and that all applicants are provided with a clear and transparent experience.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service to residents, vendors, and team members.
  • Address tenant concerns and provide assistance with maintenance requests and lease-related inquiries.
  • Resident Event Planning: Collaborate with the team to plan and execute resident events that enhance the community experience and foster engagement.
  • Support Marketing Efforts: Ensure that marketing materials, advertisements, and property listings are up-to-date and aligned with our brand.
  • Leasing Documentation and Compliance: Complete leasing paperwork, maintain accurate records, and ensure all documentation meets company standards and regulatory requirements, including Fair Housing.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong Communication Skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to interpret and apply business regulations effectively.
  • 1 year of direct sales experience or 2 years of customer service experience.
