Job Description

Responsibilities

Design Leadership: Collaborate across strategists, researchers, product, legal, medical, labs, and Experience Design to scale deliverables across journeys and platforms.
Team Mentorship: Coach designers with feedback and direction to help them excel on projects.
UX Standards & AI: Research and promote enterprise UX best practices and integrate AI into daily design practice.
Prototyping & Motion: Develop advanced prototypes and animations or define motion characteristics.
Design Vision & Governance: Advocate for user research within the UX vision from conception to launch and governance.
Design System & Audience: Evolve and champion the design system to drive efficiencies and tailor to audience needs.
Subject-Matter Expert: Serve as SME to help partners and peers see how design drives utility and inspiration.
Impediments & Delivery: Remove blockers and ensure delivery aligned to OKRs; build relationships with senior leadership and other departments.
UX Best Practices Leadership: Lead adaptation of enterprise-wide UX standards for UX, Product, and Development teams.
Systems & Strategy: Create systems and strategies that help designers thrive and convey product vision through design thinking and prototyping.
