Job Description

THE CHALLENGE AHEAD

We are seeking a BI Solutions Architect who will play a critical role in building automated reporting pipelines, implementing testing and monitoring for data quality issues, and assembling complex client-facing analytical deliverables—such as PLD (Physician-Level Data) reporting for pharmaceutical partners and other specialized campaign analytics.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving data problems end-to-end: from digging into raw datasets, to packaging insights into dashboards and reports used by internal stakeholders and clients.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Reporting Automation & Data Process Improvements

    • Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards, recurring reports, and data workflows that support operational and client needs.
    • Improve existing reporting processes for reliability, accuracy, and scalability to minimize manual touchpoints.
    • Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to define and standardize key metrics and data models used across KERV’s analytics ecosystem.

Data Investigation & Quality Assurance

    • Lead deep-dive investigations into data irregularities, discrepancies, or performance anomalies across KERV’s dynamic ad products.
    • Serve as a point of escalation for data accuracy questions, proactively debugging pipeline issues and proposing solutions.
    • Develop automated QA checks, anomaly detection rules, and monitoring processes.

Campaign & Client-Facing Analytics

    • Assemble complex, multi-source reporting packages—including PLD-style reporting—for pharmaceutical and other enterprise clients.
    • Translate campaign-level data into clear insights, summaries, and visualizations that support client objectives.
    • Partner with Client Success and Sales to scope custom reporting needs and ensure timely, accurate delivery.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with Data Engineering, Ad Operations, and Product teams to define requirements, troubleshoot data flows, and improve data accessibility.
    • Participate in documentation of reporting logic, business rules, and data lineage for internal teams.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • 4+ years experience in BI, analytics engineering, data analysis, or a closely related role.
  • Strong SQL skills (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift) with ability to write complex queries efficiently.
  • Comfort leveraging AI platforms to solve challenges and supercharge productivity
  • Experience with dashboarding tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Mode).
  • Familiarity with Python for data extraction, transformation, and automation is a plus.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets, multiple data sources, and ambiguous or imperfect data environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical findings into business-friendly explanations.

WHAT WE’D CONSIDER A BONUS

  • Prior experience with digital advertising datasets, DSP platforms, and the larger digital ad ecosystem is a plus
  • Prior work in a high-growth startup or ad-tech environment
