We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Junior Project Coordinator to support the planning and execution of projects across cross-functional teams. In this role, you will help ensure projects run smoothly by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and maintaining clear communication among stakeholders in a remote-first environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Support project managers in planning and executing project tasks.
- Track project progress and maintain project documentation.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items.
- Communicate updates and status reports to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks or delays and escalate issues when needed.
- Help ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
✅ Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Fluent in English.
- Based in the United States with legal authorization to work full-time.
