Responsibilities

• Build and edit presentations, proposals, one-pagers, and internal decks in InDesign / Adobe
• Support company and project marketing: photos, website updates, event materials, and simple campaigns
• Help keep brand and files organized across projects
• Work with AI tools where they speed up production (you still own quality)
• Move quickly, take feedback well, and follow through without heavy hand-holding

Requirements

• New graduate or about 0–3 years of experience
• Comfortable in person in Fort Lauderdale every day
• Curious, polished, and easy to work with
• Happy to learn the business, not only creative tasks
• Familiarity with InDesign at least a little (coursework, internship, or job)
• Able to work full-time, in person, at our Fort Lauderdale office five days a week
• Do you have Adobe InDesign, or Adobe Creative Cloud / Adobe Creative Suite experience (class, internship, or job)?
• This is an early-career individual-contributor role (not a manager of a team)
• What city do you live in today, and can you commute to Fort Lauderdale five days a week?
