Responsibilities

• Represent client brands at retail locations and promotional events
• Talk with customers face-to-face to introduce products, services, and promotions
• Support customer sign-ups, registrations, and account activations
• Build customer relationships and help grow brand awareness
• Collect customer feedback and keep accurate campaign records
• Work with a team to hit campaign goals
• Take part in ongoing training

Requirements

• Strong communication and people skills
• Customer service or other customer-facing experience
• Comfortable working as part of a team
• Good organization and time management
• Self-motivated, with a positive attitude
• Recent graduates, current students, and career changers are welcome to apply.

Preferred

• Experience in retail, hospitality, sales, events, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
