MBLM is hiring an entry-level Graphic & UI Designer. Full-time, in-office, NYC.
You’ll touch everything: identity/logo systems, campaigns, digital experiences, physical spaces, events. You’ll start from a blank canvas, initiate designs, inherit and refine with team and see your work through to launched brands.

- You have strong opinions about type, color, and composition
- Adobe CC and/or Figma feel like home (motion and AI tools are a bonus)
- You sweat the details nobody else sees
- You have a portfolio, even if half of it is school or side projects
We’re the Brand Intimacy Agency. Our research shows which brands people emotionally bond with, and how those brands outperform the S&P. Here, creative is built on evidence and conceptual thinking, and design is made to grab eyeballs. You’ll be a part of that science with the people who built it, learning quickly and seeing your contributions in finished work.
