Job Summary

Own end-to-end programmatic campaigns for a youth-focused partner, balancing global execution with rapid optimization and strict QA in kid-safe advertising.

  • End-to-End Setup & Launch: coordinate with partners, build implementation docs, and ensure accurate trafficking and QA.
  • Campaign Execution & Optimisation: monitor daily delivery, optimize in Beeswax/Google Ads/Roblox, and pivot quickly when needed.
  • Reporting & Troubleshooting: investigate delivery issues, surface pacing observations, and drive learnings for continuous improvement.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Setup & Launch Coordination: Kickoff & Setup Execution, Build out implementation documents, coordinate with managed service partners to ensure accurate trafficking, and QA for accuracy.
  • Asset & Creative Coordination: Support gathering client assets, communicate technical ad specs, and assist in thorough pre-launch testing.
  • Forecasting: Manage inventory forecasting for upcoming proposals and active campaigns.
  • Campaign Execution & Optimisation: Objective Management, monitor daily delivery, ensure campaigns pace, hit performance metrics, and maintain margins.
  • In-Flight Optimisation: Daily checks and standard optimizations in Beeswax, Google Ads, and Roblox.
  • Agile Execution: Monitor data and pivot strategies quickly to restore performance when needed.
  • Troubleshooting & Reporting: Investigate delivery issues, tracking discrepancies or tech bugs; pull data for weekly reporting and surface observations.
  • Inventory Management: Support coordination and organization of inventory and deal setup.
  • Continuous Learning: Absorb campaign learnings and programmatic plays to improve workflow and understanding of the kid-safe marketplace.
  • Drive & Accountability: Own assigned tasks and deliver on commitments to internal teams and external clients.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1–2 years in programmatic media buying, ad operations, or a highly analytical entry-level media role.
  • Programmatic Curiosity: Familiarity with the digital advertising ecosystem and hands-on experience with DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Beeswax or Google Ads.
  • Project & Client Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaign timelines; capable of clear professional communication with clients.
  • Technical Toolkit: Foundational understanding of digital ad formats (VAST, HTML5) and tracking methodologies.
  • Data Fluency: Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for reporting, data manipulation, and performance metrics.
  • Execution Mindset: Inquisitive, action-oriented, and committed to accuracy.
