Job Description

Responsibilities

Weekly social media posts (Facebook & Instagram) across 5 Facebook accounts and 2 IG accounts
1 paid ad per week per store on each Facebook account to generate leads/store traffic
Weekly GMB posts and 1 GMB post per location every day
Assist with planning, creating, and scheduling social media content across platforms
Appear on camera for short-form videos, promotions, and powersports-related content
Support content creation at events, product demos, and dealership activities
Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages in English and Spanish
Optimize captions and content using SEO best practices
Assist with keyword research and marketing strategy execution
Forward online reputation reviews to appropriate department heads for replies

Requirements

Bilingual in English and Spanish
Comfortable and confident in front of the camera
Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, SMS/text marketing, and digital marketing fundamentals
Familiarity with email/text marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Podium, Attentive, or similar)
Strong communication and organizational skills
