Job Responsibilities
Before any job offer will be extended, the selected candidate must obtain their official 10 year driving record from the Department of Motor Vehicles.

- Serving UNION COUNTY
- Will provide job development, placement assistance, and supported employment services for transition consumers for Project Search.
- Up to 30 hours per week, Monday - Friday
- Hourly rate: $22.85
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field. Or; a high school diploma and experience in career counseling or related case management may substitute for the required bachelor’s degree.
- Must be able to communicate effectively.
- Must be able to travel throughout the day to assist consumers while at work.
- Must be able to work in various work environments and on a flex schedule to meet consumers needs.
- Knowledge and skill in conducting needs assessments.
- Knowledge of fact gathering methods and interviewing techniques.
- Knowledge of community resources.
- Knowledge of principles of behavior adjustment techniques.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with individuals, families, etc.
