About the Role

Driven Services is looking for a full-time IT & Media Specialist to work directly with our IT & Technology lead. This is a hands-on, two-sided role: roughly 60–70% IT support and 30–40% media and marketing production. You'll be the day-to-day go-to for keeping our people, devices, and offices running — and the creative hand behind our video, graphics, and social media presence.

IT Responsibilities (60–70% of the role)

• Provide day-to-day tech support for employees across all branches (Mac laptops, iPhones, iPads, printers, conference rooms)
• Set up, deploy, and maintain devices in the Apple ecosystem (macOS/iOS), including device management (MDM) enrollment and employee onboarding/offboarding
• Support office networking: Wi-Fi, routers/access points, cameras, and general connectivity troubleshooting at each branch
• Administer everyday business systems: email accounts, user access, password resets, and basic account management
• Maintain and update company websites (content updates, basic troubleshooting)
• Track company equipment and assist with hardware purchases, repairs, and replacements
• Travel to branch locations as needed for installs, troubleshooting, and employee support

Media & Marketing Responsibilities (30–40% of the role)

• Shoot and edit video content for marketing, training, and social media — the company provides all camera and drone equipment; you bring the skills
• Create graphics for social media, print, signage, and internal communications
• Plan, post, and manage content across the company's social media channels
• Support marketing projects and company events with photo/video coverage
• Help maintain a consistent look and voice for the Driven Services brand

What We're Looking For

• Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Apple Certified Support Professional) a plus in lieu of formal degree
• Strong working knowledge of the Apple ecosystem (macOS, iOS) and comfort troubleshooting everyday IT issues
• Basic networking knowledge (Wi-Fi, routers, connecting devices)
• Proficiency with video editing software (Final Cut Pro, Premiere, or DaVinci Resolve) and graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar)
• Experience running business social media accounts
• Self-starter who can juggle a support ticket in the morning and a video edit in the afternoon
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between branches
• Drone experience or FAA Part 107 certification a plus
• Experience with MDM tools (Rippling, Jamf, or similar), Google Workspace, or website platforms a plus
