Data hygiene & processes: ensure data accuracy, workflow efficiency, and clean reporting through dashboards and checklists.

Job Description

You’ll be the heartbeat of our investor relations and brand presence. You’ll keep investors informed and confident while ensuring our marketing stays sharp, modern, and engaging. You’ll help bring our latest real estate projects to life across our website, LinkedIn, and social platforms.
Investor updates — Prepare updates, reports, and performance summaries investors actually look forward to reading.
Distribution accuracy — Calculate distributions and maintain impeccably accurate capital accounts.
Onboarding ownership — Guide investors through subscription agreements, confirm equity, and deliver a strong first impression.
International communication — Communicate confidently with our international partners.
Database management — Maintain accurate contact details, investment statuses, and touchpoints.
Presentation development — Build monthly and quarterly decks that tell the story of our portfolio.
Data hygiene — Keep financial and operational data clean, correct, and presentation-ready.
Content creation — Produce project updates, milestone announcements, and closing highlights for our CRM and LinkedIn.
Social content strategy — Plan, write, and design scroll-stopping posts, reels, and graphics across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and more.
Website accuracy — Keep our “Current Projects” page up to date — from In Development to Leasing Now.
Report design — Own the look and feel of our quarterly portfolio reports so investors clearly see how their investments are performing.
Scheduling coordination — Coordinate meetings, investor calls, and lender conversations with excellent customer service.
Workflow management — Keep checklists, trackers, and processes running like a well-oiled machine.
