Responsibilities

• Lead a varied portfolio of internal marketing and communications activity, ensuring that our families enjoy an engaging, informative and high-quality communications experience.
• From producing publications and developing our Parent Portal to overseeing major events, you will bring creativity, consistency and attention to detail to everything we do.
• You will also support the promotion of Hemsted Park, our professional performing arts provider, and contribute to the school’s wider marketing strategy, deputising for the Head of Marketing when required.
• The post-holder will be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children with whom they come into contact. They must ensure compliance with the School’s Child Protection Policy Statement at all times.

Requirements

• Versatile, imaginative and highly organised marketing professional with exceptional writing and editorial skills and proven experience of producing high-quality publications.
• Confident managing multiple projects and deadlines, building relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, and developing engaging communications for different audiences.
• A proactive, collaborative approach and strong digital skills.

Preferred

• Experience of event management.
• Experience with content management systems.
• Experience leading colleagues.
