DHL Global Forwarding manages the flow of goods and information across a customer’s global supply chain utilizing air/ocean/ground transportation, customs brokerage services, and dedicated warehousing/distribution centers. We are part of DHL Group, the world’s leading logistics provider with operations in over 220 countries. 
 As a Internal Communications Specialist / Associate you will plan and deliver clear, timely and consistent internal communications across DGF NORAM.  This role supports senior leadership communications, employee engagement and key regional business priorities.  You will be managing internal channels and provide templates, standards and guidance that enable products, functions and locations to communicate effectively.
 Key Responsibilities:
Manage the regional internal communications calendar and recurring business communications
Draft and coordinate CEO, NMB and leadership communications
Support selected leadership calls, town halls, employee forums and organizational announcements
Develop communications for regional initiatives including Simply Grow, Service First, EOS and employee engagement campaigns
Create multimedia content, including videos, graphics and digital communications, to support leadership, employee engagement and company initiatives
Support regional Smart Connect publishing, governance, adoption and training
Create employee stories, leadership messages, campaign materials and channel content
Provide templates, guidance and toolkits for products, functions, countries and stations
Coordinate sensitive or time-critical internal communications with the accountable business and functional stakeholders
Monitor channel performance and use insights to improve communications effectiveness
Maintain brand and communications consistency in line with DHL Group and Divisional guidelines
Maintain alignment with Divisional Communications, HR, Marketing and other relevant teams

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

Skills / Requirements:
Education Level: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
Experience Level:Recent graduate or up to 2 years’ experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong editing, storytelling and presentation capabilities
Sound judgement when handling senior or sensitive communications
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with different stakeholders
Strong organization and project management skills
Understanding of internal channels and employee engagement
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint and SharePoint
Experience with digital publishing and content creations tools; familiarity with Canva or similar platforms is preferred
  Pay Range: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 (Based on Experience)
