From enterprise initiatives and change efforts to leadership messages and employee programs, your work ensures every message is clear, meaningful, and aligned with who we are.
Responsibilities
- Create, write, edit, and deliver a wide range of internal communication content that keeps employees informed, engaged, and connected to the business
- Own and manage key internal communication channels, including intranet pages, newsletters, and town halls
- Lead integrated internal communications campaigns in support of change management, leadership communications, and enterprise initiatives
- Partner with HR, business teams, and Communication Champions to gather insights and translate them into compelling stories
- Build strong relationships with business leaders, plant managers, and employees to ensure communications reflect a global perspective
- Translate complex or technical information into clear, employee‑friendly messaging
- Support executive and leader communications, including talking points and presentations
- Ensure messages consistently reflect Lutron’s culture, values, and voice
- Use insights and metrics to continuously improve communication effectiveness
- Maintain high standards of content accuracy, quality, and timeliness across channels
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Liberal Arts, Journalism, English, or a related field
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 for each degree earned or 10 years of professional experience post‑academics
- 5–10 years of experience in internal communications or a closely related role
- Proven writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a passion for strategic storytelling
- Experience managing internal communication channels (e.g., intranet, email platforms, collaboration tools)
- Experience planning and delivering communication campaigns
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Ability to work on‑site; must be within commuting distance of the Coopersburg, PA office
- Familiarity with employee engagement or change management principles
- Experience working with a network of Communication Champions
- Bilingual English–Spanish or English–Mandarin is a plus
