The ideal candidate would begin working full-time in June, with part-time hours beginning in August. In this role, you will… Create and maintain organized case files with thorough documentation of data analysis, research, correspondence, investigative charts, and reports related to the investigation. Coordinate with other departments to prepare clinical reviews, network notifications and overpayment allocations. Conduct preliminary research to identify targeted accounts, networks involved, and provider demographics. Review leads and referrals for Wellfleet exposure to assist in potential case creation and development decisions. Participate in trainings and committee meetings, prepare and distribute notes and action items. Perform other duties as assigned We are looking for candidates with… Minimum of 1 year of college completed towards a BA/BS degree with an interest in analytics. Proven ability to work on a team or operate independently and prioritize job duties. Outstanding interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Ability to succeed in high-volume environments requiring personal organization, multitasking, and regular reprioritization with short turnaround time on items of high impact. Experience in researching and accurately resolving technical subject matter while working under pressure and within time constraints. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Advanced understanding of Excel is a plus. Basic knowledge of healthcare claims and/or medical terminology a plus. Basic knowledge of SQL a plus. Year-round availability: 15-20 hours/week during the school year and 40 hours/week during the summer.
