YOUR INTERNSHIP EXPERIENCE As an intern, you will be fully immersed in Richemont's vibrant organization and unique culture, engaging in a wide array of activities across our prestigious Maisons. You will play a vital role, assisting your dedicated team in executing brand or functional strategies, and contributing to key initiatives and projects that drive development and understanding in areas such as sales, culture, analytics, and service. INTERNSHIP TITLE Ecommerce & Innovation Intern ROLE OVERVIEW As an Ecommerce & Innovation Intern, you will play a key role in optimizing Maisons' digital and omnichannel customer experiences. This involves leveraging data and user insights to identify opportunities for improvement across the entire customer journey, from acquisition to post-purchase. You will also research industry trends and benchmarks to inform strategic recommendations. Ultimately, your contributions will help define critical enhancements that drive business growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support the enhancement of Maisons digital and omnichannel assets along the customer journey from client acquisition to post-purchase and onsite navigation Leverage internal and external data to provide recommendations Provide insights and benchmarks on trends within and outside the industry to support decision making Conduct user tests on Maison digital journeys to identify improvement opportunities based on data outcomes Map main customer journeys and friction areas to define next best action End-goal: deliver a clear view on which key improvements will help grow the business YOUR PROFILE Notion of project management and working across stakeholders Strong data-driven mindset with ease in summarizing analytics trends in presentations Understanding of e-commerce basics and customer journeys Currently enrolled in an accredited university or college program, pursuing a degree Technologically proficient with strong computer skills, including [List specific software/tools if applicable, e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM systems]. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a keen eye for detail. An innovative and proactive thinker, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. A collaborative team player, eager to contribute, empower others, and achieve collective success. Highly energetic and enthusiastic about supporting diverse projects and initiatives. Available to commit to a full-time schedule throughout the entire duration of our Summer Internship Program from June 1st to August 7th. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Please note: International students must possess a current work visa; Richemont North America does not sponsor work visas for summer internships.
