Job Summary

Own and drive Athleta\'s influencer marketing strategy and execution across campaigns, creator relationships, budgets, and paid-media integration to accelerate brand awareness, engagement, and measurable performance.

Lead end-to-end influencer programs for seasonal launches, brand campaigns, and ongoing engagement, with clear KPIs and regular reporting.
Partner with agencies and cross-functional teams to scale creator partnerships, product seeding, and community growth.
Monitor trends, optimize budgets, and integrate paid media to maximize visibility and ROI.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive influencer strategies and campaigns for seasonal launches, brand campaigns, ongoing engagement, and brand initiatives, drive brand awareness, foster engagement and loyalty.
Partner closely with our influencer agency-of-record, serving as the primary point of contact across all campaigns end-to-end.
Actively cultivate relationships with on-brand influencers and industry contacts, enhancing and diversifying the Athleta influencer community.
Manage product seeding efforts to actively engage and expand our creator community.
Establish clear KPIs and benchmarks for all programming, regularly reporting on outcomes and analyzing performance.
Contribute to the management of Creator IQ and Tribe Dynamics, tracking monthly performance and scaling both short- and long-term objectives.
Assist in the development and management of Influencer Marketing budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic plans.
Integrate paid media strategies into influencer campaigns to boost visibility and achieve measurable results, working with cross-functional teams to enhance overall performance.
Remain up to date on trending content, conversations, news, cultural events and emerging social formats.

Requirements

8+ years marketing experience with 5+ years experience in social and influencer marketing.
3+ years of experience managing teams, with a proven track record of collaborative leadership, team building, and managing individual contributors.
Experience working with / managing agencies and internal partners.
Extensive experience managing and implementing influencer marketing strategies, building relationships, and developing partnerships with key influencers.
Strong analytical abilities, with a track record of reporting and optimizing performance metrics.
Proficient in managing departmental budgets efficiently.
Eager to learn and thrive in a complex, matrixed organization with a proven track record of working cross - functionally to drive change.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and drive consensus across multiple teams and functions.
Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work through ambiguity, transform enterprise - wide ways of working, and infuse strategic thinking across levels.
Extensive knowledge of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.
Must be able to prioritize and handle several projects at the same time in a fast paced environment while adhering to shifting deadlines to support business needs/ social trend s.
