Responsibilities

• Own Finnsul’s influencer marketing program from end to end
• Identify, research, vet, and recruit influencers who align with the Finnsul brand
• Conduct daily outbound outreach to new creators and influencers
• Manage all ongoing influencer communications and relationships
• Negotiate influencer rates, deliverables, usage rights, timelines, and campaign terms
• Manage gifted, paid, ambassador, and long-term influencer partnerships
• Develop and execute influencer campaigns around product launches, promotions, and key brand moments
• Coordinate product seeding and gifting programs
• Maintain a strong pipeline of new and existing creator relationships
• Build long-term relationships with high-performing creators

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2–5 years of influencer marketing experience at a CPG brand required
• Demonstrated experience managing influencer campaigns from outreach through reporting
• Experience managing affiliate or creator programs
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social platforms
• Experience negotiating directly with influencers, creators, managers, and agencies
• Strong understanding of influencer performance metrics and attribution
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Extremely organized and capable of managing a large volume of creator relationships simultaneously
• comfortable working independently and taking full ownership of projects

• Experience with TikTok Shop affiliates
• Experience with affiliate platforms
• Experience managing creator seeding programs at scale
• Experience working in supplements, wellness, beauty, food & beverage, or another fast-growing consumer category
• Existing relationships with influencers, creators, talent managers, or agencies
• Experience identifying creator content for paid social amplification
• Experience building an influencer or affiliate program from the ground up
