Job Description

Responsibilities

Support the execution of influencer campaigns based on team strategy and planning, ensuring a consistent monthly output of high-quality content.
Identify and partner with relevant influencers, with a focus on YouTube long-form creators, while supporting short-form amplification across Instagram and TikTok.
Support end-to-end campaign execution, including influencer sourcing and negotiation, vendor onboarding, contract management, trackable link setup, product seeding and shipping coordination, content review, influencer payment and invoicing, performance tracking and analysis, and post-campaign reporting.
Track and report key performance metrics, including views, traffic, engagement, and conversions, and provide insights to support campaign optimization and creator selection.
Stay current on platform trends, new creators, and evolving best practices to unlock new opportunities and enhance influencer impact.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
1+ years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
Highly organized with strong operational skills including managing contracts, briefs, payments, invoicing, logistics and deadlines
Ability to manage high-volume monthly video deliverables and work with influencer and performance data
Strong negotiation and relationship building skills with influencers, agencies and internal partners
Adaptable fast-moving creative problem solver with grit and a continuous optimization mindset
Basic understanding of performance metrics such as CPM, CPC, conversion, and ROI, with the ability to use data to improve execution
Must have continuous work authorization in the US without the need for visa sponsorships

Preferred

Experience in influencer marketing is a plus, with a proven track record of delivering measurable results
Experience in consumer electronics strongly preferred with the ability to turn product features into compelling, benefit-driven stories
Social-native mindset with deep fluency in YouTube long-form as well as TikTok and Instagram content formats and creator ecosystems
Creative storyteller with a solid grasp of digital and influencer trends and experience developing campaign ideas that drive audience engagement
Knowledge of brand safety disclosure and legal standards for influencer partnerships
Knowledge of content creation and storytelling
A curious and creative mindset to develop innovative campaign ideas for influencers
Experience in brand building, digital strategy, community management, influencer outreach, content creation and industry trends
