Responsibilities

• Assist with creator and pro stylist list building and research
• Support product seeding and send out logistics (packing, tracking, follow-up)
• Help track and organize influencer/pro stylist content and performance for recaps
• Assist with day-to-day administrative and organizational tasks for the Consumer Engagement team
• Help with event/activation prep (materials, logistics, day-of support) as opportunities arise
• Monitor social channels and creator content for brand mentions and engagement opportunities
• Support brand marketing initiatives and consumer engagement campaigns as needed

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Interest in beauty/haircare and social/influencer culture
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic tracking tools
• Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced small-team environment
• Strong written communication skills

Preferred

• Prior internship or coursework in marketing, PR, or communications
• Personal or academic experience with content creation or social media
• Experience with CreatorIQ
