Job Description
We're looking for an Influencer & Affiliate Partnerships Specialist to join our team as a full-time remote contractor.
This is a relationship-heavy role. The right person genuinely enjoys the people side of this work and understands that the best influencer partnerships are built over time. You'll be executing day-to-day but we also genuinely value your insight on strategy, partnerships, and how we can improve.
We're not looking for someone who just follows instructions. We want someone who's curious, self-directed, and not afraid to bring ideas to the table.

What You'll Do
* Source influencers across micro, mid-tier, and macro levels that genuinely fit our brand
* Handle outreach from first contact through to confirmed partnerships
* Manage and nurture ongoing influencer relationships — this is a big part of the role
* Develop and maintain a deep, working knowledge of our creator roster: what they post, how their audience responds, and what makes them tick
* Keep meticulous records of creators, content, performance, and relationship history
* Coordinate influencer gifting and PR sends
* Support and grow our affiliate program: recruiting, onboarding, and keeping affiliates engaged
* Contribute ideas around campaigns, product launches, and how we can show up better in the space
What We're Looking For
* A self-starter who takes ownership and follows through without needing reminders
* Exceptionally organized — you track everything, maintain detailed records, and always know the status of active relationships and campaigns
* Someone who's genuinely plugged into the creator space and pays attention to what's working
* Strong written communication skills — you'll be representing our brand in outreach and ongoing conversations
* Someone who brings ideas and has a point of view, not just someone who executes a checklist
* Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Job Type: Full-time Contract

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
