Job Summary

Own on-site brand ambassador duties across events and campaigns, with a focus on audience engagement, rapid reporting, and safe driving messaging; you will travel statewide to Kentucky events and capture activations while maintaining energy and flexibility.

Own event presence: engage attendees, spread safe driving messaging, collect feedback, and report impact to managers.
Operational rhythm: rotate shifts, manage multitasking on the go, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
Measurement and storytelling: document activations with photos and share learnings to improve future programs.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Staffing and fulfilling event metrics as scheduled (weekday, weekends, and some holidays).
Traveling to events and marketing campaigns effectively.
Reporting and communicating to managers for maximizing impact of all programs.
Capturing photographs of marketing activations and engagement at events.
Engage with fans and event attendees, helping spread a positive message surrounding safe driving.
Other tasks as assigned at the event itself as needed.

Requirements

Must be able to travel to events in the state of Kentucky.
Flexibility and ability to work on the go
Outgoing conversational skills and ability to interact with event attendees
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and time manage.
Ability to stay flexible and adaptable.
Self-starter with a positive attitude.
Have strong interpersonal skills that complement a proactive, solution-driven, team-oriented work ethic.
Ability to work untraditional hours including weekends, evenings, and some holidays.
Be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

Preferred

Events and Marketing experience is preferred but not required. We desire individuals with an outgoing personality, looking to gain experience in event marketing.
