Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute promotional strategies that drive ticket sales and audience growth.
  • Identify and activate marketing channels, partnerships, and audience networks.
  • Build relationships with venues, artists, talent buyers, sponsors, and local organizations.
  • Help develop show concepts, event strategy, and opportunities to expand Bloom's reach.
  • Track promotional performance, ticket sales, and audience acquisition to improve future events.
  • Coordinate with the founder and event team to ensure each show is effectively promoted and executed.
  • Bring creative ideas and take ownership of agreed-upon responsibilities from planning through show day.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience promoting concerts or live events, ideally featuring emerging or independent artists.
  • A track record of contributing to ticket sales and building audiences for live events.
  • Existing relationships with artists, venues, promoters, community organizations, or other relevant partners.
  • Strong understanding of concert marketing, audience development, and the economics of live events.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication, and the ability to work independently.
  • Excitement about building something long-term rather than simply completing one-off assignments.

Preferred

  • Experience with 100–600-capacity venues and the Southern California music scene is a plus.
