Job Description

Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that build brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads
- Partner with internal teams to shape and optimize marketing campaigns from concept to launch
- Lead brand management and creative initiatives across multiple concurrent projects
Campaign Execution
- Guide organic marketing efforts across social, digital, and select print channels
- Keep content and messaging aligned across marketing calendars, timelines, and supporting materials
- Evaluate creative performance and set clear specifications for digital and print assets
- Track and report on campaign performance against ROI and KPI goals
Content Development

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
5+ years in marketing, copywriting, and digital marketing, ideally within B2B and/or foodservice
A track record of leading marketing projects and brand initiatives from start to finish
Sharp copywriting and editing skills, with an eye for detail
Strong communication, collaboration, and cross-functional teamwork
Comfort preparing marketing proposals, briefs, and presentations
Familiarity with social media, website, and marketing automation tools
Working knowledge of Canadian digital marketing landscape (laws, best practices, etc) strongly preferred
French language skills are a plus
