Responsibilities

• Work scheduled shifts as a barista and team member
• Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages according to Stella’s standards
• Prepare and serve bakery and café products
• Provide friendly, professional, and attentive customer service
• Create a welcoming experience for every customer
• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked workstation
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company procedures
• Learn and accurately represent Stella’s menu, products, and brand
• Assist other team members as needed
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude

• Passionate about food, coffee, photography, and content creation
• Comfortable being behind and in front of the camera when appropriate
• Able to recognize good lighting, composition, styling, and presentation
• Comfortable creating short-form video content
• Familiar with Facebook and Instagram
