We are looking for bilingual (Hindi/English) professionals based in the US to join our Trust & Safety project as a Remote Content Annotation Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in evaluating short-form video content, training AI systems, and ensuring digital platforms remain safe and culturally appropriate.

What You’ll Do:

• Review short-form video content in Hindi and write detailed, objective evaluations in English.
• Identify cultural subtext, regional context, coded language, and Hindi internet slang.
• Apply structured policy frameworks to categorize content accurately based on viewer impact.
• Help train AI algorithms to better understand nuanced and complex digital media.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Language: Native or highly fluent in both Hindi and English (written and spoken).
• Cultural Expertise: Deep understanding of Hindi internet culture, trending memes, and regional nuances.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to capture what's implied, not just what's explicitly shown.
• Resilience: Comfortable analyzing unmoderated, complex, or sensitive user-generated content daily to ensure platform safety.
