On the agency side, we partner directly with mental health clinics and wellness providers to help them grow ~ handling everything from marketing strategy and paid media to onboarding, operations, and client success. We are a fast-growing startup looking for talent to grow with us. The Role The Healthcare Retention Manager is the connective tissue of our agency. You will own the post-onboarding client experience ~ ensuring that every client feels supported, that internal teams are executing on time, and that any fires get put out before they become emergencies. You are equally comfortable jumping on a client call to diffuse tension as you are building out a project tracker in Asana. You are the person who makes sure the pipes don't burst. What You'll Own Client Retention: Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations, client concerns, and retention risk. Proactively manage relationships to keep clients engaged, satisfied, and growing with us. Project Management: Own Asana (or equivalent PM tooling) across the agency ~ ensuring tasks, tickets, and deliverables are being completed on time by the right people. Interdepartmental Communication: Act as the connective layer between account managers, media buyers, care coordinators, and leadership ~ making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Accountability & Performance: Hold team members accountable to deadlines and deliverables. Be willing to have the hard conversations so leadership doesn't have to. 90-Day Client Plans: Support the development and execution of client retention plans, upsell opportunities, and ongoing check-ins. Process & Systems: Identify operational gaps and help build or refine internal systems that allow the agency to scale without breaking. Proposals & Documentation: Assist with client-facing proposals, SOPs, and reporting as needed. Requirements 3+ years of experience in account management, project management, or client success Agency experience required ~ marketing agency experience strongly preferred Asana-proficient (or fluent in a comparable PM tool) ~ you believe great systems are what separate good companies from great ones Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (GHL/GoHighLevel preferred) Proven ability to hold teams accountable and drive interdepartmental communication without constant escalation to leadership Strong communicator who can build trust with business owners and providers alike Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments ~ you don't wait to be told what to do Based in or able to commute to Culver City, CA for in-person work Nice to Have Experience working with healthcare providers, clinics, or wellness brands Familiarity with digital marketing project scopes (paid media, SEO, web) Basic comfort with web platforms or marketing tech stacks Why Join Us High-growth startup with a mission-driven focus on transforming mental health care A foundational hire with direct access to leadership and real impact from day one Work alongside a team that moves fast, thinks big, and genuinely cares about the work, while making a meaningful impact
