Responsibilities

• Coordinate outreach events and community education initiatives
• Organize Lunch & Learns with local businesses
• Develop relationships with referral sources
• Attend health fairs, networking events, and community functions
• Promote Max Health services throughout the Huntsville area
• Generate patient appointments through outreach activities
• Conduct phone and email follow-up
• Monitor outreach performance and maintain detailed records
• Assist with business development strategies
• Support our Business Development Representative with ongoing initiatives
